UK Parliamentarians Meet Saudi Minister of Hajj & Umrah to Discuss Pilgrimage Developments

Members of the House of Lords and British Parliamentarians met with His Excellency the Minister of Hajj & Umrah during his visit to the United Kingdom. The Minister introduced current and future developments in serving the guests of Ar-Rahman and outlined how these initiatives aim to facilitate the journey for pilgrims travelling from Britain to Mecca and Medina. Members also discussed recent developments in Umrah and the new Nusuk Hajj portal. During the meeting, parliamentarians highlighted the growing demand for pilgrimage among British Muslims and requested consideration for an increase in the Hajj quota to better meet the needs of pilgrims from the United Kingdom.
